Our Project Management toolset also provides project stakeholders with web-based collaborative tools for initiating service requests and processing action items. The tool allows our clients and EZSoft team members to subscribe to the secure project book and receive email notifications of changes in the status of project task items. Additional tools are used for generating a project work breakdown structure and for tracking progress against project deliverables based on entries provided directly by the individual assigned to the task.
