Software Engineer
EZSoft, Inc. is a System Integrator looking for a Software Engineer for automation projects in the Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage and Specialty Chemical Industries. Opportunity to design and implement Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Reporting Systems, as well as real time Control/SCADA applications. Excellent learning environment in fast-paced, growing company located in the Great Valley Corporate Center in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with the ability to develop and communicate technical requirements in a highly collaborative environment. He/she will design and develop innovative software solutions utilized by manufacturing customers. He/she will work with a talented team and contribute to each phase of the software development lifecycle.
Requirements:
A BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related discipline. 4+ years of experience developing Web or Windows applications utilizing, C# or VB.NET. Strong knowledge of Transact-SQL and familiarity with XML. Strong written and oral communication skills and excellent client communication skills. Some travel required. Prior automation experience a plus.

Account Manager
EZSoft, Inc. is a System Integrator looking for an Account Manager for automation sales to clients in the Food and Beverage and Specialty Chemical Industries. The Account Manager will work with management to generate new business while concurrently managing existing clients. Candidates must be self directed, ambitious, and possess the ability to work in a team setting as well as independently when required.
Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships, Establish new business development opportunities, Produce proposals, Work with management to develop sales strategies, Generate leads, Maintain sales pipeline; including sales forecasting, sales initiatives and client retention measures.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Computer Science. Entrepreneurial drive and self direction, Strong written and oral communication skills, Excellent client communication skills, Lead generation skills, Strong relationship building skills. Travel required.

Opportunity to assist with the design and implementation of PLC Programming as well as HMI Process Visualization Graphic Design, SQL database programming (SQL Server). Responsibilities also to include the generation and review of system documentation as well as validation test protocols.
